Who is Sherri C Parker?
Sherri is a Broker with over 39 years of experience in Real Estate. A Florida native but with ties to Ann Arbor, Michigan, she is personally involved in every transaction. She is dedicated to guiding your real estate buying or selling experience through a successful closing and will stay in touch afterwards. She has been in business in Citrus County for over 20 years and has achieved multi-million dollar status every year while managing a horse farm of her own. She is a natural problem solver and will persevere through the many obstacles that a real estate transaction presents.
Sherri’s degrees, BS and MA are in Speech Language Pathology and learning disabilities with emphasis on autism spectrum issues and dementia which helps her navigate the nuances of negotiation and the differing needs of her clients and customers. Her customers frequently become her friends and refer other family members and friends to her.
She has been Chair of the Grievance Committee at the Realtor Association of Citrus County since 2011 and is dedicated to bringing an ethical and honest business model to her real estate company. Other achievements include the National Association of Realtors designations of CRB (Certified Residential Broker), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute). She also has the SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation. A true believer in education, she attends Florida Realtors Conferences and conventions and the National Association of Realtors Convention almost every year.
She has been a member of Kings Bay Rotary for many years and runs a project called Sherri’s Bare Essentials with a goal of providing underwear, shoes, sock, clothing and jackets to school children in need of those items.
